**The Role**
Developing technical and non-technical solutions to business problems by defining, analysing and documenting requirements. Managing the documented solution into a Live environment including but not limited to training, piloting, benefits measurement and projectclosure.
**The Challenge Ahead**
The Operations Department is a fast growing and multi-disciplined team with the responsibility for developing bespoke platforms and client facing web operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with business users to understand and document their current system/ processes, and their future requirements and priorities.
- Contribute towards the current development roadmap with change requests and be confident explaining this to the wider team.
- Use a range of tools and techniques to elicits, analyse, and manage requirements.
- Communicate requirements with business, users and development team to ensure requirements are reflective of business needs.
- Create documentation such as swim lane diagrams, requirements catalogues, user stories and wire frames etc. of new/ existing systems
- Provide regular updates to Lead Business Analyst on the progress of active change requests
- Provide release documentation to the wider business after changes are introduced into the live environment
- Assist with the planning/management of small & medium change projects.
