**The Role**

Developing technical and non-technical solutions to business problems by defining, analysing and documenting requirements. Managing the documented solution into a Live environment including but not limited to training, piloting, benefits measurement and project closure.

**The Challenge Ahead**

The Operations Department is a fast growing and multi-disciplined team with the responsibility for developing bespoke platforms and client facing web operations.

**Responsibilities**

Communicate with business users to understand and document their current system/ processes, and their future requirements and priorities.
Contribute towards the current development roadmap with change requests and be confident explaining this to the wider team.
Use a range of tools and techniques to elicits, analyse, and manage requirements.
Communicate requirements with business, users and development team to ensure requirements are reflective of business needs.
Create documentation such as swim lane diagrams, requirements catalogues, user stories and wire frames etc. of new/ existing systems
Provide regular updates to Lead Business Analyst on the progress of active change requests
Provide release documentation to the wider business after changes are introduced into the live environment
Assist with the planning/management of small & medium change projects.

**Contract Type**: Permanent

**Hours**: Full Time, 35 hours per week

**Salary**: £18,000 per annum
