This is a Swift Temps vacancy who are operating as an employment agency.
We have an excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's largest parcel distribution networks as a Courier Engagement Co-ordinator.
The primary goal of this role is to support the local services centres in maximising courier handover, in line with the region’s specific targets. The position will be responsible for ensuring all recruiting and onboarding processes are in a place and adhered to. Supporting the local sites to improve their courier engagement and retention rates through a number of proactive initiatives.
You will be responsible for onboarding new courier drivers and ensuring all new starters are equipped to begin their roles and conducting regular check-ins to improve employee retention.
Previous experience in working within a recruitment, customer service or administration environment is essential for the role.
Applicants must have own transport as the role will be regionally based and will require travel to various sites.
Working full-time Monday
- Friday 40 hours per week
