Part-time Accounts Assistant

The main duties:
- Maintaining spreadsheets for the department
- Working with sales / purchase ledger
- Credit control
- Managing the Company mail
- Process bimonthly payment runs
- Reconciliation of finance accounts
- Processing invoices & expense forms
- Following and using Accounts systems [SAP]
- Providing administrative support to the department
- Working closely with individuals across the business at all levels
The main requirements:
- Previous accounts experience within a busy environment
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to liaise with internal and external customers and contacts
- High levels of attention to detail
The salary is 25K-26K pro rata, with fantastic benefits including 10% pension and 35 days (pro rata) annual leave To be considered you must have the experience to perform the above tasks.
