People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Part Time Administration Assistant to join a well-established SME based in Kirkby.
As an Administration Assistant your prime purpose will be to support the Operations Manager with administration tasks.
**Working days and shift times**:
Monday - Friday (20-30 hours flexible)
Pay rate:
£10.56 per hour

**Day to Day Duties**
As a Part Time Administration Assistant your day to day duties will include:
- Matching PO's and identifying discrepancies
- Taking meeting notes
- Updating training matrix
- Processing invoices
- Regular use of Excel spreadsheets (Basic knowledge i.e. formulas)
- Any other administration tasks passed by the Ops Manager
**Essential Skills**
To be successful in the role of Administration Assistant you will need the following skills:
- Previous Administration experience
- Proficient on Excel
- Good organisational skills
**Desirable Experience**
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
- Available imminently
**What training is provided?**
Full training on company processes will be provided
