TML is a specialist intermediary-only mortgage lender that provides products and criteria that meet the needs of borrowers who are not served by the high street.
**The Role & Responsibilities**
- Provide high quality, considered and comprehensive support to the Executive Committee members through confidential and professional business management support.
- Work in partnership with the Senior Management Team to deliver on the strategic priorities of TML and Executive Committee, supporting key strategic initiatives and project through designing and providing relevant support documentation
- Responsibility for supporting the Executive Committee with ad hoc materials including review of relevant papers and following up on agreed actions.
- Review of and preparing appropriate papers for the Executive Committee and TML, including elements of the Bank Board papers and briefing stakeholders prior to meetings as required.
- Keep assigned Executive Committee members informed of and fully briefed on relevant issues, commitments and responsibilities and ensuring all agreed actions are followed through.
- Engage with relevant stakeholder to prepare high-quality proposal and pitch documents as well as other business development collateral, collating and editing a range of content and actively contributing ideas for improvement
**The Person**
- Strong planning, prioritisation and communication skills
- Comfortable working with colleagues at all levels and is persuasive with strong interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders ideally within Financial Services
- Demonstrable experience in a pressurised environment requiring tact, judgment and discretion in handling internal and external contacts.
- Enthusiasm with a high level of initiative and accountability
- Good analytical skills, examining data to provide robust accurate reports
- Project management skills, highly organised and the ability to multi-task
- A high level of integrity and the ability to remain calm under pressure
