We are looking for an **Online Concession Trading Assistant** to join our team.

**Reports to**:
Online Trading Manager/Channel Trading Manager

**Role Purpose**:
To maintain all Concession partner online sites through sharing correct product and imagery, marketing, deliveries and maximising site optimisation and customer brand experience.

**Key Relationships**:
**_ Internal:_** Online, Merchandising, Marketing, Design Teams, Warehouse and Studio

**_ External:_** 3rd Party partner concessions

**Key Responsibilities**:
To support the Online Trading Manager and Channel Trading Manager in delivering planned sales targets through achieving 100% on time launch (in line with stock into the partners warehouses). Provide relevant product data, copy and images to the partners, chase data/assets when relevant to meet critical path and deadlines for product launches on the John Lewis, Next, Fenwick Online

**Overall responsibilities**:

- Use the Concession Product Trackers to compile and submit the relevant data, product info and digital assets to each concession partner in their required format with all relevant attributes (Excel formatting/formulae).
- Ensure the Concessions Product Trackers are updated once product data and assets have been submitted and additional information or comments from the Concession Partners are up to date
- Ensure deadlines are met by communicating what is required by when to each relevant area of the business: Buying (samples), Creative (online photography), Content (copy) and Technical (Product Data)
- Conduct daily site walks to check products are live on the Concession Partner’s site on the expected date, following up with them on any queries and chasing when they are not live, highlighting styles at risk of launching late to the wider Jigsaw team.
- Attend weekly trade meetings and prepare insight and reports on concession online performance
- Ensure promotional activity is live on partner sites on launch date and prices are correct liaising with the relevant partner contact if not.
- Work closely with the Warehouse to ensure the products are being sent to the concessions and updating the tracker with delivery information
- Monitoring VA for concession partners and suggesting possible inclusions on their site edits, monitoring their performance.
- Reporting on mid week sales and monitoring any marketing or promotional opportunity we could join.
- Deciding which styles to send to different concession partners looking at past sales and which styles would perform best.
