Hunter Masons client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer, based in Maidstone, Kent on a full-time permanent basis. You must have WATER experience.
- Be a Controls/design engineer
- Qualified electrician or electrical engineer. May be a trade qualification who has worked into a controls design role or a degree level educated electrical engineer
- Experience of the design of control systems for motors, pumps etc
- Experience with PLCs and relay logic control
- Able to develop and write detailed FDS and produce control schematics
- Project experience in the water industry
- Familiar with MCC’s, UPS, VFDs, level control, transducers, telemetry, SCADA etc EN12100 risk assessments, CA marking of control panels.
- Experience in construction environment and project engineering.
- The ideal person would be familiar with 3 phase power and control, PLCs, relay logic, MCC design and development of functional descriptions to agree control logic with the client. Most sites incorporate a comprehensive MEICA package and will included backups by UPS, generator changeovers, telemetry interfacing, CCTV, lighting and all associated risk and technical documents.
