**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and efficiently will be key in ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

**Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely manner.
- Utilise upselling techniques to promote additional products or services where appropriate.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
- Analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English; bilingual skills in Spanish or other languages are highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to analyse customer information quickly and accurately.
- Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is an advantage.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.65-£12.17 per hour

Expected hours: 12 - 25 per week
