Position: Inbound Agent

Employment Type: Full Time permanent

Salary: £25,396.80

Hours: :30 Monday to Thursday, :00 Friday, 1 early per week, 1 late night per week and 1 Saturday a month.

We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as an Inbound Agent. Based at our Blackburn Showroom, the ideal candidate will be smart, professional, and possess exemplary customer service skills. This role primarily involves handling inbound calls, assisting customers, and directing them to the appropriate departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound customer calls.
  • Objection handle any calls where necessary.
  • Diffuse situations regarding complaints.
  • Documenting information via MS office and internal systems.
  • Handle overflow calls from other departments.
  • Maintain high company standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
  • Adhere to company procedures.

Experience and Skills:

  • Previous customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
  • Receptionist or call centre experience is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Good time management
  • Flexibility and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • General knowledge about the motor industry.
  • Experience in using MS office and Connex One a plus
