**What You’ll Get**

As a Business Development Executive you will receive a basic salary of £28- 34k with uncapped OTE of £43,000 in your first year plus some fantastic benefits. The environment is fun, passionate, friendly, dynamic and challenging, this is somewhere to learnloads and build an amazing career

**What You’ll Do**

As a Business Development Executive you will be responsible for working in either the Brands or Agency team to source leads and develop opportunities with new clients in a 100% new business focused role. The opportunity for progression into a BDM can bequick and will be purely performance based, thereafter there will be a huge chance to develop as the business grows.

**What You’ll Need**

You could either be a graduate or school leaver who wants to get into SaaS sales role or have 6 months in a B2B sales role. The key thing for our client is that you’ve achieved something whether that be academic, personal or work related, and that you arepumped by the idea of joining a hyper growth business.
