A Multinational Energy Company based in Perth office is seeking a Power BI Developer to join their team on a contract basis for 6 months. (Extension highly likely)

(2 - 3 days a week in the office. Bit more visible for the first few weeks)

**Power BI Developer -**
Our Business Transformation is an 8-year programme which will initially simplify and standardise our processes, build a culture of change, improve our performance and build the capabilities across our business to ensure we are fit for the future and deliverour ambitious strategy.

The Business Change & Transformation Team are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to join the team on a temporary basis. T

**You will be responsible for**:

- Working day-to-day within the Performance Excellence Team on the design, specifications, and building of visual reporting, KPI scorecards, and dashboards using Power BI as the business intelligence solution across the entire Transmission business.
- In tandem with the Performance Excellence and wider Transformation & Business Change
- Teams developing the full desired Power BI solution through design, build, test, refine and deployment stages into BAU use across the business.
- Collaborating as part of Transmission's Centre of Excellence to process map and document the Power BI solution from both a back-end perspective and from an end-user standpoint.
- Identifying reporting improvements and efficiency opportunities in reporting output and structure thereby contributing to Transmission's Go Zero Strategic Goals of Developing Capabilities and Improving Performance.
- Other development and reporting tasks as required by the Business Change & Transformation Team.

**To be considered for this role we would love you to have**:

- 2+ years' experience in data-specific roles, including Data Analytics and/or Performance Management
- Significant experience with / highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Power BI: data modelling, cleansing and transforming of data, production of reporting and visual management including custom visualisations
- Strong communication skills and experience working with senior stakeholders: you should be able to elicit requirements from stakeholders and work with them to turn need into design
- Proficient in DAX and/or SQL programming languages
- Logical, analytical, and structured thinker with the ability to organise and prioritise their workload - preferably with experience of working on Change Programmes and with process optimisation tools
