We are seeking a passionate and skilled Power Platform Developer who thrives on innovation and professional growth. If you enjoy solving complex business challenges through automation and digital transformation, and have a strong background in Microsoft Power Platform tools — especially Power Apps and Power Automate — we'd love to hear from you.
This role offers the opportunity to work on both enhancing existing solutions and designing new enterprise-grade applications. You'll also take ownership of business-built apps, refactoring and aligning them with company standards and best practices.
- Support and enhance Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows).
- Design, build, and implement new Power Platform solutions from scratch.
- Refactor and operationalise business-built apps to align with best practices.
- Migrate documents and metadata using Sharegate.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Embed governance and administration best practices across environments.
- Support Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) for Power Platform solutions.
- Configure and manage deployment pipelines in Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with Power BI Developers to embed analytics into apps.
- Prepare technical documentation and deliver solution handovers.
- Mentor junior team members and share knowledge across the team.
- Undertake SharePoint administration duties as required.
- Work collaboratively to build team knowledge and understanding of solutions.
- Engage stakeholders to gather technical requirements and architect solutions.
You should be able to demonstrate:
- Expertise in Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Microsoft Dataverse.
- Strong experience in enterprise-level solution delivery and automation.
- Proven ability to create professional Power Apps with intuitive interfaces, business rules, and process flows.
- Experience integrating Power BI content into Power Apps.
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, and working with APIs.
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle (analysis, design, development, testing).
- Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft products and third-party solutions.
- Ability to build proof-of-concept apps and demos.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
- A passion for technology and continuous learning.
- Experience with SharePoint site administration and Sharegate migrations.
- Background in Information Management.
- Familiarity with Assai Document Management Systems.
