Week 1 = Monday - Friday 06:00 - 14:30 (approx..)
Week 2 = Monday - Thursday 11:30 - 21:00 (approx..)

**About the Role**

As a positive and organised leader, you will be required to run a production line making products to Company specifications whilst leading & motivating a small team of bakery assistants to manufacture our range of savoury products. You will follow directives from Production Supervisors & the Production Manager to ensure everything is of the highest quality.

**What will I be doing?**

As a Clayton Park Line Leader, you will be an integral part of our focused & energetic team, striving to achieve optimum levels of machine efficiency & product quality. Our job covers all areas of production from the start of the process i.e. safety checks, machine set up, machine operation, quality-checking products & all the way through to the final clean down.
- Carry out tasks in accordance with departmental processes (SOPs, QAS etc.)
- Guaranteeing all manufacturing & traceability paperwork is accurate & correct.
- General housekeeping, clean as you go policy.
- Comply with all health & safety policies.
- Some heavy lifting (15kg manual handling.)
- Motivate team members & some training of new team members.
- Reporting on your daily performance & any quality issues.
- Handling of raw materials for production.

**A Few Things About You**
- Capable of working in a team environment or on their own initiative.
- Be able to prioritise and manage workloads effectively to meet deadlines.
- Effective at communication and problem solving.
- To be a positive and organised individual.
- Level 2 in food safety and hygiene would be preferable, but training can be given.
- Experience of working in a similar environment is also desirable.
