Customer Service Clerk

**About the role**:
- Encouraging extra sales in a highly competitive environment through upselling and promotions
- You will be fully supported by Toolbank’s proven first class service package and marketing initiatives
- Processing quotations and estimates for tools and hardware and accurately inputting onto the management system
- Ensure all telephone calls are answered professionally and courteously, and issues logged appropriately
- Updating databases and systems as required including keeping customer records up to date and attaching new documentation
**What are we looking for?**
- Previous administration and/or customer service experience in an office environment preferred but not essential
- Good level of accuracy and data entry skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong PC skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs
- Professional telephone manner
- Ideally, you will have experience of the tool industry and home improvement market, but most importantly you must enjoy communicating and building relationships with customers on a daily basis.
