**Key skills required;**
- Proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
- In-depth knowledge of performance metrics
- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Organisation and time-management skills
- Decision-making skills
- Degree in Management or training in team leading would be beneficial

The working hours will be Monday - Friday 1pm - 9pm and the pay rate will be £12.26ph including holiday pay

**Job Type**: Temporary contract

- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
