We are looking for a new colleague to join the Warehouse and Operations team within our Anders + Kern business, a leading distributor and integrator of Workspace Technologies and AV

**Job Summary**

This position has responsibility for managing the day to day goods in and goods out of our warehouse based in Mildenhall, providing attention to detail and pride in maintaining a safe and functional working area. Stock checks and record keeping are imperative to this role, use of pedestrian powered forklift will be required. Role will also include mínimal maintenance of the building (no specialist trade skills would be required).

Administration activities include but not limited to assisting with: raising quotes and processing works orders on the system, handling returns and loan units, assisting with despatch of goods, assisting with customer enquiries.

**Need to know and have**:

- A keen interest in all areas of technology
- Some experience in a similar environment/ role
- A customer-focused and attention to detail approach
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using basic Microsoft Office software
- Experience of Sage and Hubspot preferred but training can be given
- A full UK driving licence

**Need to be**:

- Able to work at a consistently high standard
- Comfortable with some heavy lifting and physical manual labour
- Happy to work alone and also as part of a team
- Based within commutable distance to Mildenhall, remote working is not possible for this role type
- Open to the prospect of learning new skills
- Flexible in your approach to working both within a warehouse environment and within the office environment
