**Reporting to** : Head of Marketing

**THIS IS A FULL TIME, OFFICE BASED ROLE**
- Write SEO content for IVG websites and external websites.
- Conduct in-depth research to gain a thorough understanding of vaping industries, target audiences, and competitors to create engaging and unique copy.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team and designers to conceptualise and execute integrated marketing campaigns that effectively convey key messages.
- Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and grammatical precision.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting, marketing, and advertising.
- Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all communication channels.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality work within set timelines.
- Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager assisting with managing all digital channels whilst exploring the potential value other sites that are not yet in our portfolio.
- Assisting on events/shows that include planning, organising/preparation.
- Media Kit planning and uploading for all launches across all countries.
- Awards planning and follow ups.
- Market research on competitor folios, current market trends and rules & regulation on Vape industry.
- Assist Marketing Manager in providing each BDM with the content for their relevant countries, merchandise & POS for the organised promotions.

**ROLE REQUIREMENT**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Marketing / English graduate or similar experience.
- Experience writing SEO Content & Press Releases.
- Good in planning, coordination and follow ups.
- Understanding of analytics, social media, and website platforms
- Must be able to prepare report and presentation deck.
- Independent, self-starter with initiative.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Creative aptitude.
- Good communication skills; good spelling and grammar.
