- We are seeking a Vounteer Admin/receptionist for a busy, well organised friendly team based in our Substance to Solution hub in Northampton. The post holder will provide an efficient and professional reception service for the Treatment Service delivery at our Northampton hub and be the first point of contact for people attending the service.**Responsibilities**:
Duties for the post include responsibility for front of house activities, dealing with initial queries, welcoming clients and professionals into the service, co-ordinating appointments, signposting to support available within the service and the community, administration tasks, accurate information, and data recording. Training and shadowing opportunities will be provided.

Volunteers make an enormous contribution to our work at Change Grow Live.

Last year over 1400 volunteers donated over a quarter of million hours of their time to our organisation.

We are incredibly grateful for all that volunteers do to support our service users.

- Most of our volunteer opportunities don’t need any special qualifications. We’ll make sure you get all the training and support you need. All we ask is that you're kind, open-minded and passionate about supporting people.
