To provide comprehensive administrative support to the business systems administration department.

**Salary**:£24,000 - £26,000

**Key Accountabilities/Deliverables**:

- First point of contact, face to face, and telephone for internal and external customers
- Prepare quotation templates and assign job numbers, administering the quotations log
- Acknowledge customer orders
- Perform job costings and update accounts on outstanding customer purchase orders
- Promptly deliver engineer Canvas reports to customers
- Administer new machine enquiries, obtaining quotes from the suppliers & quoting customers
- Administer spare parts enquiries, obtaining quotes from suppliers & quoting customers
- Return new supplier account forms and perform supplier due-diligence
- Send out information packs to new and existing customers
- Perform filing and archiving as required
- Processing customer orders
- Liaising with internal teams and external couriers to ensure a smooth order process for the customer
- Other critical tasks as the business requires
- Minute the weekly sales meeting
- Customer order packs administration

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Have excellent computer skills, in particular, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Word
- Some experience of working in a fast-paced office, trade counter or similar industry
- Previous administrative experience would be beneficial in this role, especially within a sales focused environment
- It would be beneficial if you have an understanding of the sales cycle
- Previous customer service experience would be helpful in this role

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
