In the Account Manager job, you will be:

- Field-based, selling a portfolio of product options to new customers whilst growing and retaining existing customer base across both public and private sectors
- Creating strategies to maximise income and identifying sales opportunities
- Supporting businesses to find the solution to their needs and adding value by identifying the best possible marketing solutions for them
- Managing your own marketplace, being in control of your own density. Scoping out your own niche whilst working on leads provided, and developing a local contact list to grow your territory account base
- Maintaining and growing existing clients and ensuring a clear growth plan is in place to grow revenues each quarter
- Achieving weekly meeting KPIs, ensuring all activity is recorded accurately. Meetings can be held face to face, virtually and over the phone
- An ambassador to the organisation, growing an expertise in understanding the full product base and how you can help clients achieve their campaign objectives whilst investing in your self-development

To be considered for the Account Manager role you must have:

- Previous sales experience within a field-based role
- Account management experience - ability to build long lasting relationships
- Knowledge and experience working in media industry (advantage)
- A passion for helping people find a solution to their needs
- Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver pitches
- Organisational skills and the proven ability to plan and prioritise workload with the minimum of supervision
- Demonstrable ability to achieve targets and meet KPI’s and work to deadlines
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Strong ICT and Administration skills due to the role being admin heavy
- The ability to using your own initiative and to prioritise workload
- A Full UK Driving licence (due to travelling throughout various sites in North Wales)

This is a permanent, full-time role working 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.The role offers agile working as you will be based throughout North Wales, so you have the flexibility of working remotely, work from home or from their offices in Wrexham.
In return, a basic salary of up to £30,000 PA is on offer plus a great commission scheme with an OTE of £60k + PLUS other great employee benefits including company car, private health care, personal development and career progression and much more
