**Quality Assurance Lead Opportunity**

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Regulated Sales & Distribution Risk team as a Quality Assurance Lead

You will work closely with the Quality Assurance Manager, delivering Quality Assurance Activity across all our sales & distribution channels, supporting the development of Quality Assurance Specialists in the team and ensuring that planned assurance activity is delivered to the required standards and timescales.

**About the role**

As a Quality Assurance Lead you will support the Quality Assurance Manager in planning and directing and delivering sales & distribution related quality assurance activity to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to Group Sales Policy and related frameworks.

In addition to leading your own work, you will support the QA Specialists with delivery of the RSDR plan.

**About you**

It is important that you have excellent communication and relationship management skills because you will be working closely with the team and the wider business and you may be required to present your findings to our Divisional Risk Committee or persuade stakeholders to take action if there has been a risk identified in a policy or framework.

You will have good coaching skills and be comfortable working independently.

You will be giving advice and communicating to the business on associated risks therefore you will need to have following qualifications; full CeMap (1, 2 & 3) or a recognised risk or compliance qualification, and be experienced in at least one of: quality assurance; compliance monitoring; regulated mortgage sales; MCOBs and ICOBs regulation; risk management.

Using Excel and data manipulation you will analyse your test results to identify any trends / concerns and highlight these to the business via a report agreeing actions where improvement is required.

It would also be useful for you to understand the financial services industry, markets and competitors and of how financial services organisations operate and the associated regulatory environment
