This is a brand new Bradford based Quality Assurance Assessor role adjacent to a number of very successful online retail departments. Our client is looking to speak to some brilliant job seekers in the area to grow out and expand their financial servicesteam further.

They currently run a small but friendly financial services team and are excited to gain some new members including a Quality Assurance Assessor to help lighten the workload a little. They are hoping to take on someone who is bright, motivated and happy tojust get stuck in and involved.

**Description**

This Quality Assurance Assessor role will involve completing various administrative functions as well as working on matters of financial compliance and quality assurance.

On a day-to-day basis, the assessor may be expected to:

- Deliver and monitor activities related to financial services for the business,
- Audit various customer interactions with the service,
- Record and process data accurately onto in-house databases,
- Work with managers and escalate issues where appropriate,
- Identify issues and work to continually improve the service provided,
- Develop own abilities according to provided training,
- Ensure all procedures are being followed to the best possible standard.

Teamwork will be really important to success in this role, so team players will definitely be favoured.

Good communication skills and an ability to work with computers will be really important to succeeding in this role.

**Job Offer**

This is a permanent hybrid role operating from Monday-Friday, 8AM - 4PM. There is one 12-Month FTC available also for those who would be interested.
