**Your Role**:
As a **Customer Relations Assistant**, you’ll play a key role in supporting the sales and marketing team, helping to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You’ll be the first friendly face that potential residents and their families meet, providing guidance, reassurance, and a warm welcome.
- Your responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the Customer Relationship Manager with building strong relationships with prospective residents and their families
- Engaging with the local community and developing referral networks
- Supporting and participating in events to showcase our exceptional care homes
- Supporting the sales and marketing team in achieving occupancy targets
