This is 1 out of the 100 other branches in the country and over 400 around the world.You will need to be a highly independent and customer oriented. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to clients, advising on our different suppliers, and continuously self-educating to become a trusted consultant.You will serve as the primary point of contact so your attention to detail, problem solving and ability to build relationships will be crucial in this role. Your continuous interest in logistics and persistence in finding relevant knowledge will be the road to success.Duties will include but not limited to:Responding to Customer queries via phone, email, and social mediaPreparing quotations based on client's specificationsCommunicating with Carriers, H/O and suppliersSupporting the sales team with administration tasksBuilding relationships with clients to boost retentionCollaborating with internal teamsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date customer recordsProviding status updates on shipments, delivery schedules and any changes/delaysHandling any customer complaints professionallyStaying up to date with industry trends, procedures and regulationsRole Requirements:Being positive, persistent and proactiveStriving to exceed expectationsConsultative approach to customer serviceAdvanced level of IT literacyLogistics experience would be a significant advantageGCSE qualifications or aboveCentral location in Eastbourne townFriendly officeMonthly bonus scheme based on performanceCasual work wearIf you are interested in this opportunity, click 'APPLY NOW' and subject to successful shortlisting, you will be contacted by a consultant from the Eastbourne branch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
