Harte Consulting are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join this thriving and well-established Lancashire based Estate Agents who believe in the power of a great customer experience. Their goal is to find someone who loves their customers home as much as their customer's do, and who will work tirelessly to make sure that it finds the right buyer.

Due to the recent success of the branch based in Burnley, they are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join their experienced and high performing small knit team, who has the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Sales. If you are a highly organised Sales Negotiator who is professional and dedicated to providing top-notch service at all times, we want to hear from you

**The Role**:

- Face to face property viewings
- Advertising properties for sale - collating and preparing advertising for internet and social media.
- Registering both vendors and applicants.
- Collating information about each property and arranging for photographs to be taken and general administration.
- Lead chasing - following up Market Appraisals, and viewings, providing feedback and being able to communicate feedback to all parties.
- Contacting vendors and providing up to date advice on the marketing of the property as well as market conditions.
- Negotiating offers with both vendors and purchasers and seeing transactions through to completion in line with required Estate Agency procedures
- Monitoring of sales - as they proceed and liaise with all interested parties including mortgage brokers, solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents

**The Package**:

- Basic Salary - £25,000 (Negotiable, DOE)
- Sales commission - 3% of the net fee
- Conveyancing Bonus and Mortgage Bonus
- Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm & every other Saturday 9:30am - 3pm, one full day off per month or flexi to take 2 half days
- Pension

**The Person**:

- Be target orientated with a proven track record of achievement
- Be enthusiastic and motivated at all times
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be highly organised
- Have the ability to develop and maintain internal and external relationships
- Display high standards of service and presentation
- Full clean driving license
- Own car (preferable) or can use company poole car

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
