We sell investment property packages to clients all over the world, whilst continuing to manage the properties on their behalf and providing exceptional service and value. Our innovative business model and commitment to quality have been recognised in five BBC programs. Currently managing over 1,800 properties, we are poised for further expansion.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a long-term strategic growth plan, focusing on sales revenue and margin KPIs.
- Create and implement innovative sales and marketing plans.
- Expand customer sales revenues by leveraging our reputation and competitive advantage.
- Identify and develop new market opportunities.
- Lead and evolve the Sales & Marketing function to maximise available opportunities.
- Foster confidence and trust among sales and admin teams, customers, and stakeholders.
- Oversee and develop the existing Sales/Marketing division.
- **Leadership & Management**:Proven experience as a Senior Manager and Director, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
- **Real Estate Market Knowledge**:Advantageous but not required
- **Strategic Planning and Analysis**:Ability to develop long-term strategies for property sales and marketing, along with the capability to analyse market data and adjust strategies accordingly
- **Sales Expertise**:Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Marketing Skills**:Knowledge of various marketing techniques and channels, including digital marketing, to effectively promote properties and investment opportunities.
- **Communication and Negotiation Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong negotiation abilities to close deals and build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- **Financial Acumen**:Understanding of financial concepts related to property investment, such as ROI, cash flow, and financing options.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Skills in building and maintaining relationships with investors, clients, and partners.
- **Technical Expertise & Innovation**: Comfortable with software-led environments; experience with Zoho Suite is a plus. Produce creative marketing strategies.

**Company Background**: The companies in our family property Group **purchase** low-cost houses in the Northern England (Teesside & North-East area and Lancashire region), **renovate** them to good rental standards, ensure compliance and then **rent** to good tenants. We **maintain** the properties in a good condition for the long term. The properties are then **sold** to long-term passive investors mainly based in the South of England and overseas, thereby producing a trading profit for the business.

Find UK Property (a sister Company in the Group) immediately leases back the properties from the new owners (who are purely passive investors) for the long-term, in return for paying the new owners an agreed guaranteed rent. This “rent-to-rent” business and associated services for investors provides additional profits for the group.

The long-term vision for the group is steady profitable growth that continues to add capital value.

**Compensation**:
