**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Marketing**_
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok to build a strong online community around the brand.
- Manage company social media channels, creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance to maximise reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the talented in-house design team to produce eye-catching visuals that capture attention and inspire action.
- Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
- **Marketing Materials**_
- Collaborate with the design team to plan and produce a range of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and exhibition materials that showcase the brand and products in the best light.
- Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across all channels.
- **Ad Hoc Support**_
- Provide flexible support to the wider marketing team as required, including event and exhibition support and sales collateral development.

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools
- Proven copywriting and content creation skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative and passionate about marketing

**Desirable Skills and Experience**
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Experience working with influencers
