**Executive Assistant - CEO, Paying £28,000 - £38,000** (depending on experience)
A varied and challenging role that requires an exceptionally organised, practical and proactive individual to provide professional, administrative and project support to the CEO, and secondly to the wider Senior Management Team. You will be a driving forcewithin the business and support directly to the board as well as with the day-to-day running of the business and the longer-term strategic planning activities.
The role requires a highly self-motivated, dedicated and practical person who possesses a broad range of people and organisational skills including maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Previous experience in supporting a senior leadership team inan executive role involved in wide ranging areas of a business.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Act as point of contact for the CEO and Senior Leadership Team
- Communication and coordination of meetings of the Senior Leadership Team, and other meetings as required
- Arrange regular and ad hoc meetings for the CEO including drafting briefs/agendas
- Record and communicate minutes and actions where required, and follow up accordingly
- Manage and respond to straightforward correspondence on behalf of the CEO and produce draft replies for more complex issues
- Collate data and draft reports for the Board
- Collate and draft bids for funding and manage the submission pathway
- Support with HR administration during bust periods, including recruitment
- Undertake ad hoc administration for the CEO and Head of Operations
- Deal with highly sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Plan ahead in order to anticipate busy periods and changing priorities
- Undertake additional and or other responsibilities to meet business requirements

Key personal attributes:

- Proficient on MS Office packages
- Excellent computer skills, you will be required to quickly learn the various NHS systems
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and to suggest improvements to processes
- Exceptional communication skills and an ability to work with a wide range of people
- Confident self-starter, able to work proactively, think ahead and multi-task in a fast moving environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and 'can-do' attitude
- Sensitive and diplomatic management of multiple levels of employees with a high level of confidentiality
- Confidence in decision making and prioritisation of tasks
- Excellent time management and attention to detail

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, Salary will be depending on experience with a salary review following a year’s service. Benefits*
