Assistant Talent Advisor

Salary £22,000

Location - Hybrid Norwich

We have an exciting opportunity to join Williams Lea in our offices based in St Andrews Business Park in Thorpe St Andrew, Norwich.

The role is joining an established talent team who support the Williams Lea business to attract and recruit the best talent across the United Kingdom and EMEA.

The role will be primarily focused on co-ordinating our relief team function, which provides support with zero hour contractors across various onsite functions in Williams Lea.

The role will involve advertising relief team roles.

Ensuring applicants return paperwork for their vetting.

Co-ordinating with managers and applicants to fill relief team shifts.

Support the talent team with general administrative tasks.

Key Skills Required

Customer focused

Ability to work at pace

Good knowledge of MS word and excel

Very organised

Keen to pursue a career in talent acquisition

It would be helpful if you have experience of co-ordinating people onto shifts in either an events or temporary function, however this is not essential and training will be provided.
