**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Chatting with Customers - Your main gig will be handling inbound calls, connecting with customers, and helping solve their queries.
- Keeping it Organized - You'll update our CRM system with every customer interaction, so we always stay on top of things.
- Team Player - Collaborate with our Operations Team to tackle customer issues and keep everything running smoothly.
- Escalating When Needed - If things get tricky, you’ll know when to escalate a situation to the Service Team Leader.
- Delivering Awesome Service - Above all, you’ll consistently bring your A-game and provide top-notch service every time.

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Big personality - You don’t need to be an experienced Customer Services pro, your electric personality will do just fine.
- Great Communicator - You’re a natural on the phone, asking the right questions and listening carefully to get the full picture of what customers need.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented - You know how to stay on top of your tasks and pay attention to the little things that matter.
- Team Player - You’re all about collaboration—jumping in to help out when teammates need support or when things get busy.
