**Start date**:Join us as early as 25th November or plan your fresh start in January 2025
**Location**: Based in our Peterlee HQ with hybrid working options after probation.
**Working Hours**:37.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am and 9pm Monday-Friday (most shifts end by 7pm), and between 8am and 6pm on weekends.
**Salary**: £22,369.35 - £23,992.30 depending on experience, plus:

- ** Monthly Performance Bonus** - Earn up to an additional £330 per month (up to £3,960 annually if you’re at the top of your game)
- ** Success Bonus** - £500 tax-free bonus on passing probation
