The Social Care Network Teams are looking for a full time case worker to join our busy team. We work with individuals aged eighteen plus, this means that our work is varied and changeable and cover individuals with a variety of different needs.

You will need to demonstrate an ability to problem solve and good negotiation skills, along with effective communication, organisational and IT skills.
