We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our Adult Safeguarding team. This is a vital role where you will make a real difference in the lives of adults at risk promoting their rights safety and wellbeing.You will work within a multi-agency framework to respond to safeguarding concerns undertake Section 42 enquiries and develop protection plans that are person-centred and outcome-focused.
