**Role **- Digital Services Team Leader

**Location** - Leeds, LS15 8GB (Hybrid)

**Salary **- £30,000 - £35,000

**Hours - **Monday - Friday (08:30 - 5pm)

**Role**

To lift the capability of our people to increase the customer satisfaction with our service. To lead and organise our people to achieve our core key performance indicators. To unblock problems and obstacles that prevents us achieving our core key performance indicators.

**Responsibilities**
- Coach and develop employees to achieve consistent performance
- To motivate your team through regular quality checks and feedback, understanding the team and customer needs, providing an appropriate service/solution, and identify opportunities to develop relationships
- Manage leave, absence and daily shifts to ensure operational business needs are met at core hours
- Act as first point escalation for operational day to day issues
- Continuously support a team of pharmacists who deliver digital services, such as NMS, DMS and PCS.
- Organise work daily to help drive efficiency
- Analyse problems and provide an effective solution
- Identify and implement initiatives aimed at improving operational processes
- Motivate and develop your team
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Assessing and reporting data of the service and calls

**Skills**
- Numerate
- IT literate (used IT systems and is quick to learn)
- Ability to use Excel at intermediate level
- Demonstrate drive, initiative and proactivity in role
- Proven ability to work both as part of a bigger team and individually
- Ability to prioritise and organise tasks and workload
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Display high level of accuracy

**Experience**
- Experience of working in a pressured environment, delivering against tight deadlines
- Experience of working within company and ethical rules and regulations
- Experience of working in a highly accurate environment

**Knowledge and Qualifications**
- GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English Grade C or above
- Ability to use Excel at an intermediate level
- At least 2 years experience in Team Management or as a Team Leader in a contact centre environment
