We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator / Secretary to join our award-winning business in Godalming.
You will be responsible for a number of functions within the office including general office admin and secretarial work, office health and safety, organising inductions and training, client hospitality and general office management.
To succeed in this role you will be friendly, professional with an ability to build rapport. You will have an appreciation for the opportunity to wear many hats and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You’ll enjoy assisting staff and clients at all levelswith a positive and flexible customer focused attitude. You will have a self-directed approach - you will be someone who creates their own work rather than waiting to be handed things to do. In addition, great organisational and time management skills area must. Excellent administrative skills coupled with accuracy and attention to detail are key to success in the role and you’ll need to be IT competent with strong communication skills both oral and written.

**Salary**: Up to £34,000 depending on experience
