**About You**

We are looking to expand our talented team and recruit an individual who will provide professional support, assistance, and planning in advising on site acquisition, the optimisation of development opportunities and the securing of the best possible planning permissions as quickly as possible.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare analysis of planning policies and other relevant criteria for feasibility studies for land purchase, including the attendance at local authority meetings, and to advise the Region accordingly of planning prospects.
- Arrange Pre-Application meetings with local authorities on development opportunities.
- Manage the preparation, submission and negotiation of projects for planning permission.
- Advise on Section 106 Obligations and liaise with solicitors on production of Section 106 Agreements
- These are in addition to the core responsibility of Senior Planning Associate role_

**Person Specification**:

- Town Planning Degree or Diploma relevant degree preferred.
- An MRTPI, RIBA, CIAT or IPMA or similar qualification essential.
- A working knowledge planning viability models/software is preferable.
- Substantial post qualification experience and private practice experience desirable.
- Strong understanding of and ability to maintain confidentiality about all Company and role related information.
- CSCS Card.
- This is an agile role and will require the post holder to travel to fulfil needs of the role.
- These are in addition to the core skills required_
