Change Management Co-ordinator - London - up to £30,000 + excellent benefits package - Service Delivery Team - Data Centre - Career Progression - Excellent Location

Concept resourcing are working on behalf of a telecommunications service provider with a Global reach working in London. We are looking for a Change Management Co-ordinator to support their Service Delivery Team.

As the Change Management Co-ordinator, you will be working with a team of experienced professionals. Our client pride themselves on providing a supportive, friendly workplace environment that unlocks the potential in each and every member of their team.

**Your role**

You will set the organisation's policy for the management of change in live services and test environments. Ensures effective control and treatment of risk to the availability, performance, security and compliance of the business services impacted.

You will own the Change management process and continually review suggesting improvements to make the change management process more operationally efficient. You will also:

- Manage the flow of changes through the Change Management system, ensuring visibility and communication of changes is clear.
- Responsible for checking of all changes prior to passing to Change Approvers;
- Identification and mitigation of risk by ensuring completed Risk Assessments are completed prior to any change being submitted.
- Ensuring that all changes are tested\validated prior to deployment and have the appropriate approved test\validation approach documentation
- Coordination of all operational changes across all internal managed platforms
- Ensuring that all changes are performed in a controlled manner and are compliant
- with standards and procedures
- Collecting data on all changes including any Incidents arising from change and preventative measures taken to prevent recurrence
- Reviewing proposed changes with the client and obtaining necessary approvals; SQ-MS Tasks.
- Support the ISO 9001 Quality requirements.
- Support the ISO 27001 Information Security requirements.
- Ensure work activities are conducted with awareness to Health & Safety.
- Ensure that all ISQ-MS controlling documents being used are of current version and
- are carefully followed.
- Report and register ISQ incidents / non-conformances
- Conduct assigned continual improvements actions
- Ensure that all records are recorded accurately, including their security classification

As the Change Management Co-ordinator, you will be service delivery focussed. To be considered for this position, we are looking for applicants with extensive working experience in a relevant working environment and position; along with:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent experience.
- Who has familiarity with local specifications and supplements to each and with reading blueprints and plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent software and in Microsoft Office suite of software-Excel/Word/Outlook.
- Experience of communicating effectively both verbally and in writing at senior management/board Member level.
- Experience or knowledge in delivering objectives and services within deadlines and to agree targets/performance indicators.
- Experience of working with matrix teams.
