This growing, energetic production company are looking for an experienced Head of HR Shared Services to come and help them embedded HR Shared Service model into the organisation.

You will lead the People Services Function currently made up of three teams: HR Administration, HR Advisory and HR systems and data.

This role will lead strategic workforce planning and will shape, deliver, and embed people strategies that aligns with their values and will achieve sustainable high performance in a time of significant business transformation, providing ’the best’ HR servicesto all business units

You will partner with the business units and support the transition of HR teams from within business units into HR Shared Services

You will scale the HR Shared services teams in line with business needs and requirements as they move HR transactional services from within business units into People Services
