If so, this role of Sales Specialist Team Leader at Pride Park in Derby could be the perfect fit for you.

You will be joining Firstsource, who provide innovative, customer centric, outsourcing solutions to the world’s leading organisations. In this role you will be leading a team of Sales & Retention advisors, who manage subscription cancellation requests through online chat, inbound & outbound phone calling. You will ensure your team delivers excellent customer service whilst promoting the features & benefits of the so customers actively choose to retain or subscribe.

As a Sales Specialist team leader we will offer you career development & progression opportunities, and the chance to lead successful and passionate sales teams.

**A typical day will look like**:
Leading a team of fourteen sales & retention professionals, motivating them across outbound and inbound retention, to hit and exceed their targets and KPI’s

Understand and support the individual needs of your team members in their ambitions, motivations, training needs, strengths and development areas. Utilising motivational techniques that drive results.

You will be training and developing your team members to overcome customer objections and sell the benefits of renewing or subscribing to our client.

Provide management with key insights and learnings that support sales performance, liaise with key stakeholders to provide information and resolve issues.

Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from our customers and client in a professional and timely manner.

**The skills and experience you will need are**:
A proven and successful career in sales, consistently achieving in sales management, leading by example.

Able to lead and motivate an inbound & outbound sales team to hit and exceed targets and KPI’s.

Ability to thrive under pressure, be proactive for any problem solving and able to adapt to change.

Passionate about being the best and prepared to go the extra mile to hit targets, providing any feedback or ideas on how we can make operational improvements.
