**About the Role**:

Talent Sourcer

**You will also**:
Participate in the intake meetings with recruiter to understand the role & hiring manager expectations on the talent
Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns
Partner with career coaching team on passive internal talent seeking career mobility guidance and opportunities
Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders
Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools
Contribute towards recruiting team projects and identify and contribute to process improvements.
Be asked to work in Hybrid model - 2 days a week in London office

**What We’re Looking For**:
Capacity to work closely with recruiters on preparing target lists for roles with a specific focus on EMEA, APAC, US & LATAM.
Strong experience with sourcing techniques (e.g. recruiting on social platforms and Boolean search strings).
Adaptable and able to shift focus based on business priorities.
