Administrative Support Officer

The Community Health Support Team are looking for an admin assistant to join the team. We are a hardworking but happy professional team providing care and support to patients across the Western Cheshire footprint.
Working as part of the team you will undertake a range of clerical tasks, including processing of referrals, scanning/photocopying and uploading documents to electronic records, answering telephone calls and forwarding/redirecting calls, arranging meetings and taking meeting notes).
This vacancy is part time, 20 hours (Days to work Monday, Tuesday,Wednesday, Thursday & Friday 11.00 - 15.00)
- To undertake a full range of administrative/reception responsibilities.
- Good communication skills are essential as the post holder will need to liaise directly with service users, carers, families and other professionals.
- A working knowledge of general office procedures and Microsoft packages is required, but full training will be provided on CWP systems.

Please note applicants will be required to pay for their DBS check. Costs are deducted from salary following appointment. You are encouraged to enrol for the DBS Update Service. A small annual fee of £13 per year applies.
New entrants to the NHS will commence on the minimum of the scale stated above.
