**Data Coordinator & Analyst - Health & Safety Team**
You will be accountable for managing and monitoring all Health and Safety (H&S) data - including certification, supplier information, audits, site visits, training schedules, key activities and relevant content - using Cintellate, our H&S management system,and any other related systems.
You will be the creator of H&S management information and reporting on a regular and timely basis, in order to support our culture of safety and the drive for KPI adherence across the business.
You will ensure that we continually maximise the use of information systems to support, track and drive action in line with the business’ H&S strategy, compliance and standards.
You will support the H&S team in resolving any H&S issues by providing a high level of customer service.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinate Health, Safety and Environmental Audits for the H&S team on a determined basis, to deliver planned activity, focusing on the key risk agenda identified by the business. Report on findings, track actions, provide systems support and ensure accuraterecord keeping
- Give first line support to all colleagues, where necessary, to ensure a smooth experience when using H&S systems and maintain these systems
- Support the H&S training agenda by tracking and reporting on all training. Ie. induction, as well as scheduling in agreed training sessions for key roles (eg. H&S Coordinators, Head of Business’)
- Create and own the regular reporting that provides analysis and insight into our H&S performance, evolving these as needed to shape the ongoing agenda and discussion
- Work with the H&S team, HR Director and other business stakeholders to produce and collate additional adhoc reports or key documentation from the H&S systems that will support key business projects
- Collate all paper-based processes and documentation, make recommendations to move to a full digital solution, and implement this plan in a timely manner - maximising use of our H&S system. This will include Business Continuity Management processes and procedures
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the HR Reporting/Systems Manager to ensure H&S data is aligned, accurate, and accessible. Collaborate to produce insightful reports, when required, for the wider business
- Manage and maintain our intranet pages for H&S ensuring they are always up to date, and the content is relevant and useful for colleagues and managers
- Identification of Health-related risks causes of ill health and other trends, through data analysis. Report on insights and advise on any proposed remedial actions
- Ability to support and advise sites on system use, policy and procedures
- Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data and identify trends
- Good communication skills, ability to compile reports and communicate to others
- Engage with colleagues, customers and suppliers to understand their needs
- Good interpersonal skills and an ability to work with people of all levels within the business
- Experience of working in a fast paced environment and to tight deadines
- Highly collaborative when working with other HR and business colleagues to achieve common goals
- Always willing to embrace change and think outside of the norm in order to drive things forward
- Ability to work autonomously and on own initiative
- Experience of working in a Health and Safety role is advantageous
