FSB is seeking a HR Advisor with a strong HR generalist background who is CIPD qualified to Level 5 and has prior experience of working within a small and very busy team.

**What will you do?**
- Work with line managers to provide professional advice and guidance on HR policy and procedure.
- Lead or support on employee relations cases, the full recruitment cycle and learning and development
- Provide administrative support producing correspondence to the highest professional standard.
- Support the HR Business Partner and the Director of HR in the delivery of HR Projects

**Who are we looking for?**
- Up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.
- Solid ER background
- Strong HR generalist experience within a small and very busy team where there was a requirement for flexibility
- Experience of managing whole cycle case work and producing own correspondence and letters
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office 365 products

**Job details**
- Location - Blackpool Business Park
- 35 hours per week Monday to Friday
- 33 paid holidays per year including bank holidays
