**Job Title**: HR Advisor

**Salary**: £28,000

**Location**: Blackpool

This is an amazing opportunity to work as the number two to the Head of HR at an iconic Blackpool organisation. They're looking for someone to support the Head of HR by managing the day to day HR queries but also by supporting on the delivery of long termHR strategy and projects.

It's a rare opportunity to increase your exposure to HR projects and strategy, as they're willing to support this person get the experience they need that would help them move into a Business Partering role in the future.

You’ll work on a wide-range of activities in the HR team including recruitment, onboarding, leavers and employee relations. You’ll also need to get involved with more transformational HR projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as the point of contact for hiring managers, employees and other HR team members
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation
- Support the training team with annual management training
- Manage Employee Relations as required, including advising managers, chairing meetings and supporting outcomes.
- Manage the contractual element for all new and existing employees and ensure that all contracts and job descriptions are up to date.
- Regularly review all HR policies and procedures and update where appropriate.

**Experience required**:

- Previous experience generalist HR role
- Previous experience supporting employee relations cases
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Stakeholder management skills including working with management across the organisation
