**What We’re Looking For**:
**Must Haves/qualified by demonstratable experience to the level required**:

- Food Safety Level 2.
- Previous bar, restaurant and room service experience.
- At least 2 years’ experience in Supervising.

**Nice to Have**:

- Flexibility with work shifts - including but not limited to weekends and occasional nights.
- A background in a similar sized Hotel.
