Sales Administrator

Anderson Knight are looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator for our client based in North Lanarkshire. As an Internal Sales Coordinator you will be the first point of contract for customers, you will be required to provide excellent customer service and develop relationships with key accounts.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- You will responsible for delivering new business and creating key relationships with existing accounts
- You will regularly engage with the external sales force and other teams within the business.
- You will be required to input quotes and maintain records with our CRM system
- You will be expected to forge strong working relationships with all key accounts and will manage their expectations around product availability and delivery schedules.
Key Skills:
- The ability to build and maintain strong relationships
- Able to deliver good quality customer service
- Experience in sales-driven environments
- IT literate
- Knowledge of construction products desirable
**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract
**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
