Mount Royal Hotel Edinburgh by the Unlimited Collection is seeking a charming and engaging **Kitchen Porter** with a passion for service excellence. You will report to the Head Chef, supporting/working towards providing our guests with memorable experiences of the city.

The **Kitchen Porter** will:

- Be responsible for cleaning and tidying up designated areas of the kitchen efficiently and professionally to high standards, using the appropriate cleaning materials provided
- Provide exceptional service by demonstrating full knowledge of our products and facilities
- Ensure planning and preparation for service is completed in a prompt and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver captivating experiences

To be successful in the role of **Kitchen Porter**, we require:

- Excellent organisation skills
- An ability to bring the guest experience to life throughout the hotel
- The ability to communicate and organize yourself in line with different guest expectations
- A good command of English is essential, a second language is advantageous
