Application Support Analyst

Responsibilities include: - Provide support to end users and respond to queries raised in our D365 help-desk. The D365 Support Analyst will be responsible for handling a range of queries related to areas such as access, work-flow management, purchase to pay, project management, timeand expenses - Research and recommend solutions to problems raised by users - Administration of starters, movers and leavers - Report and investigate bugs and incidents - Periodic system administration tasks such as batch job monitoring, error resolution and user access reviews (including control activities required under Sox) - Maintain and update training materials on the D365 Hub - Support hypercare for new regions moving onto D365 Working for an expanding, and well known, national organisation in Central Leeds. - ERP system experience. Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations experience an advantage - Strongly customer-focused, used to providing support to demanding users and teams - Must be comfortable with working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment, and demonstrate flexibility and a "can-do" attitude - Quick learner - analytically minded, able to break down and understand information. - Experience of project accounting and finance an advantage - Experience of working with role based access control an advantage Skills Desired - D365 F&O - Dynamics 2012 or similar Benefits include: - Flexible working patterns (3 days WFH) - An opportunity to upskill on current experience - Generous holiday entitlement - Pension - Career development opportunities.
