As an Application Support Analyst you will investigate, resolve and report problems with technology systems and processes.


Plus an annual on target bonus of 5%
York (office based for 3 months, moving to a hybrid role after training has been completed)
Contract type: Permanent
Annual leave of 25 days per annum plus bank holidays and opportunity to buy an additional 5 days each year.
Liaise with IT teams and stakeholders to collate, record, analyse and promptly report relevant information.
* Support the evaluation, testing and introduction of new processes, applications and system changes.
